Removed readout chip enabling before FE-CIC alignment

Enabling the readout chip before the FE-CIC alignment is creating issues in cold (Fails to Readnevents). It is not necessary to enable them at this point of the alignment procedure so this step has been removed. However, a quick-fix test to read events at the end of the alignment procedure has been added, including the FE enabling. In case of a crash the error message says to contact me or Fabio Ravera such that we can investigate the cause in depth.
