Work in progress BX0 delay procedure needed to gather statistics

Irene Zoi requested to merge izoi/Ph2_ACF:alignBX0_new into Dev

The procedure is almost in place but to be finalized I need to get statistics on the BX0 delay of different PS modules. To achieve this, I added a temporary test scanning the BX0 delay for different retime pix values.
