Small updates to CMTest. Works with CBC3.

Giovanni Zevi Della Porta requested to merge gzevi/Ph2_ACF:CBC3 into CBC3

CMTest now finds offsets and pedestal Vcth, so it can run on the default .XML. Tested on single CBC3 carrier board.
