Fix adress in lpGBT settings

Mei-Li Holmberg requested to merge fix_lpgbt_setting into Dev

The address for PIOUpDownH in the lpGBT_v1 settings was wrong (0x058 instead of 0x059) for both the PS and 2S, this is now fixed.
