This PR contains the first basic SSA classes and some low level functions in order to keep up to date with the latest Ph2_ACF developments. Merging into the Dev branch -- in the hopes that this still the latest/greatest.

The src/SSAtest issues the first SSA communications from Ph2_ACF.
