Added CMSIT converter plugin for data coming from Ph2_ACF
- We updated the Producer with the right sequence of commands which are compliant with the recent version of EUDAQ
- We wrote the proper converter
- We verified that our Producer and the run controller are able to talk to each other
- We took data with the beam and we saw correlations between DUT and telescope planes
