Draft: Automatisation of power supplies and channels

Automatisation of different power supplies and channels. I added the scripts to src/, added analyzer script to bin/ , made the corresponding changes to CMakeLists.txt, added two iv curve xmls to config (caen and keithley), modified the keithley.cc (to make the keithley read outputvoltage and current faster) and rs232.cc (to change the sudo permission).
