WIP: Documentation for the Trolley Test

Brendan Regnery requested to merge bregnery/gemdaqsite:feature/trolleyTestDocumentation into master

Now that the trolley test is finishing, I want to add my Trolley Test documentation to the GEM DAQ website to keep a record of it in case it is ever needed by someone else in the future. However, I broke the website testing environment on my computer. While I am debugging the testing environment to test my new webpage, I will leave this MR as WIP.
