This issue extends #3 (closed), but focuses on the choice of the tools to be used within the whole analysis suite (C++/Python, Root/uproot/HDF5, CMSSW,...)
No reply is expected before @mdalchen presentation about the analysis suite on Wednesday (May 6, 2020).
