Relevance of the crate number

Currently, the AMC and AMC13 are referred to by the crate/shelf number. This makes little sense and not really defined in the uTCA terminology. After the implementation of #138 (closed), it will make even less sense for the AMC13 and only the RPC connections will continue to use the crate terminology.

In the past, using the same crate numbers between setups also lead to conflicts and issues during the analysis.

Considering that all AMC get a geographical IP address and a DNS name based on the physical location (e.g. s2e01-14 at p5), one can think about dropping the crate number concept and use the DNS name directly. If a numerical ID is required, the FED number is well defnined and should be used instead.
