Provide a wrapper script to start a XML-based xDAQ application from local installations

Summary

During the development process, a developer needs to regularly launch xDAQ applications from her/his own local installation. Helper script should be provided to ease the procedure.

What is the current behavior?

No such feature exists; launching xDAQ applications from a local installation very tedious.

What is the expected correct behavior?

An helper script should be provided to help developers to launch xDAQ applications from their local installation.

Ideally, the port number to be used should be automatically picked up from the XML configuration file.

Possible fixes

One can take example on $1151 and $1152 to see a minimal working example.
