Export the DCS metrics into the monitoring JSON object

Description

The environmental values exported to the DCS are not recorded in the monitoring JSON object, only the last update statistics. That makes debugging more complicated. A typical and recent use case would be to trigger a notification if the FPGA Core Temperature is not updated for more than 5 minutes.

Possible fixes

Export in the JSON object the same values as in the DIM service.
