Miscellaneous non-tracking data scan improvements

Description

This MR brings small changes that aim at unifying the non-tracking data scan routines.

• Fix the radios in the calibration suite web interface
• Add the "Run" button for all non-tacking data scans
• Expand the AMCManager output path after application creation
• Simplify the structure of AMCMaager::launchScan for future calibration routines

How Has This Been Tested?

Code still compiles. The interface is rendered correctly.
