DAC scans parameters & clean-up of the calibration suite

Description

This merge request aims at:

• making use of templates to simplify soap messaging and bags handling
• cleanup the calibration suite and the scan from unnecessary complications with maps of xdata::Serializable
• implement, the messages of the parameters for the DAC scans
