Create generic FSM control Panel (and add documentation)

Description

As mentioned in !89 (merged), a more generic way of handling the web control panel would be nice (as in that MR, it is specific to AMCMonitor class) and also , the GenericFSMApplication class is in dire need of documentation

This is currently set to merge into bugfix/amc-initialization since that is where these commits were conceived, so this can change if order of Merge is preferred the other way
