Convert remaining \ Doxygen prefix into @

Description

As described in #6 (closed), this MR converts the remaining \ Doxygen prefixes into @. The bulk of the conversion (comment prefix) was already done in !7 (merged).

Related Issue

Completes !7 (merged) to fix #6 (closed).

How Has This Been Tested?

The code still compiles.
