Replace all GEM_AMC register names with 0xBEFE ones

Description

This MR brings compatibility with 0xBEFE release 5.x.y that renamed GEM_AMC into BEFE.GEM with the MGT-related registers moved to BEFE.MGTs. No other functional changes are supposed to be included in that release for the CTP7.

How Has This Been Tested?

Starting successfully a run is still possible on the GE1/1 integration setup.
