Use the new GBT configuration file format

This MR aims at using the new GBT configuration files produced by cmsgemos-analysis!17 (merged).

How Has This Been Tested?

The complete GBT configuration sequence was successful for the 3 OptoHybrid of the GE1/1 integration setup:

  1. Copy the default GBT configuration and the bootstrap phase files
  2. Launch a GBT scan
  3. Analyze the output files with the tool provided in cmsgemos-analysis!17 (merged)
  4. Copy the updated GBT configuration files on the back-end board
  5. Launch a normal data-taking run

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
