Adapt the LV1 DIM fields ordering to the DCS convention

Due to different timelines, the DAQ and DCS ended up implementing
different DIM fields ordering for the LV1 services. This creates a
mismatch in the data points.

Adapting the mapping on the DAQ side since it seems to be much easier...
