Add calibration state variables in AMCManager

Description

This commit adds two variables in AMCManager and exposes them via the JSON API. The boolean variable m_calibrationState is true when a calibration scan is ongoing and false otherwise. In the former case, the integer variable m_calibrationType gives the number of the ongoing calibration scan.

The variables will be used for external scripts needed to automate the calibration of a setup (e.g. QC7).
