Draft: Use the new firmware artifacts structure

Description

This MR aims at using the new firmware artifacts repository published here: https://cmsgemos.web.cern.ch/repos/firmware/ It should provide better integration between the firmware and cmsgemos, allowing patches if needed (e.g. register renaming, lpGBT file format), easier deployment, and better traceability.
