GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Administrators of GitLab can find more information on how to identify and mitigate interruption in our documentation.

Description

This MR aims at updating the CTP7 sysroot to the most recent image that exists, including the perf tool. See #227 for more details.

Please note how the PETA_SYSROOT variable is renamed to GEM_SYSROOT and the path changed to a versioned one.

How Has This Been Tested?

Deployed on gem904daq04 and the GE1/1 integration CTP7. Configuring the board and taking a run still possible.
