Expose all OptoHybrid system monitor monitorables

Description

This MR aims at exposing all the monitorables that the OptoHybrid system monitor (XADC) can provide. More specifically, the VCCINT and VCCAUX are now visible in the monitoring interface. Also used the opportunity to uniformize a few monitorable names.

How Has This Been Tested?

The monitoring is working like a charm on the GE1/1 integration setup in b904.
