Update to the v302b data format

Description

This merge request implements the changes required to support the new v302b data format and the associated updates. More specifically, it

• updates the per-OptoHybrid DAQ monitoring registers to their new names,
• adds additional DAQ metrics to the monitoring,
• updates the unpacker to support the new data format fields,
• bumps the supported firmware versions.

Related Issue

Software update corresponding to the firmware update merged in emu/0xbefe!154 (merged).

How Has This Been Tested?

• Deployed in production at P5.
• Used at the April 2023 ME0 stack TB.
