GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Description

This MR adds the two new GE2/1 EYETS 23-24 chambers.

I decided not to use module names but chamber names since this is more consistent with the final QC7 results and also QC8 results.

How Has This Been Tested?

Similar layout trees as the ones used in QC8. Tested and debugged during the trolley test at P5. To be re-tested during the pre-commissioning.
