Add sbit averages for point 5

This script writes a file called: NominalValues-CFG_THR_ARM_DAC.txt at $DATA_PATH/<detectorsName>, with the average of the threshold values, for given sbits scan dates written in a configuration file(.txt) with the following struture: <DetectorName><TAB><SbitScanDate1><TAB><SbitScanDate2>
