Reduce the xDAQ module versioning to the minimum

Description

Commit message says it all:

Thanks to the usage of the new CMake based build system, the dynamic
library versioning proposed by xDAQ became obsolete. This commit exposes
the minimum of information for the modules to be loadable.

Modules can still be loaded by the xDAQ executive.
