Implement XHALInterface direct RPC method call

Description

Title says it all. A call member function is now defined in the XHALInterface allowing direct RPC method call. For example, one can write:

auto res = conn.call<::oh::broadcastRead>(static_cast<uint32_t>(m_link), name, mask);

where before it had to be:

auto res = xhal::common::rpc::call<::oh::broadcastRead>(rpc, static_cast<uint32_t>(m_link), name, mask);

The code can be compiled.
