CTP7 lasers turn off by themselves

It seems that some lasers turned off again on amc-s2e01-14-07. Disabling and re-enabling restore the light. It isn't clear what causes the issue, enabling them in a loop does not turn them off.

Possible fixes

Unclear, but dumping the I2C registers of working and non-working transceivers is planned.
