Website title and GitLab project renaming

This merge request updates the website title as proposed in !29 (closed). Additionally, it also implements the gem-ops GitLab projects renaming as discussed offline.

Unsurprisingly, the commit from !29 (closed) is cherry-picked here and the previous MR superseded.
