Add uGT spare crate configurations
Adds XDAQ configuration, profile, xhannel files for uGT spare crate. I did not add any systemd service and .env file as I do not understand how they are handled in this project. However, you can find the file I have used for my tests in attachment.
Please note that I have installed these changes on l1ts-ugt-test with a custom configuration package to try them out before updating the central XDAQ profiles. Therefore, before deploying these changes, I first have to uninstall my custom package.
