Don't include Make.auto directly 


Don't include Make.auto directly. Instead of including /acc/src/dsc/co/Make.auto
or /acc/dsc/src/co/Make.auto from many Makefiles include
/acc/dsc/src/co/Make.auto from common.mk.

NOTE:
/acc/src/dsc/co/Make.auto and /acc/dsc/src/co/Make.auto were the same
and pointed to the same file.
