ROI selection does not work properly
Setting a ROI to the detectors does not seem to do anything, apart from manipulating the in-pixel plots: https://gitlab.cern.ch/corryvreckan/corryvreckan/-/blob/master/src/modules/AnalysisDUT/AnalysisDUT.cpp#L471
For the testbeam setup I am currently analyzing it would be nice to exclude a part of each detector from the tracking. This part is obstructed by a PCB, the added material budget influencing the track fit. Now, we would like to compare the resolution of different detectors. Changing the chi2 cutoff gets rid of some tracks in the area, but it would be best to exclude the area entirely, as we can identify it. Therefore I tried setting the ROI on all planes to half the area detector, with no effect to either residuals or clusters/tracking.
Now, when setting the ROI to a plane, one would either expect it to ignore all pixels in the excluded area (just like masking, but with an easier handle to it), or maybe just ignore fitted tracks intersecting the excluded area for DUT analysis.
