compilation issue on lxplus

Dear maintainers,

I have tried to install Corryvreckan, both from the master branch and from the v2.0.1 tag, on lxplus after sourcing the etc/setup_lxplus.sh. I would like to report minor failures :

• Already the cmake command is failing as cmake-3 is required but not loaded after sourcing. But one can overcome this issue by running cmake3 command instead of cmake

• overcoming the previous failure, cmake3 fails again because of missing ROOT files.

I guess this might be an issue with the /cvmfs/sft.cern.ch/.../setup.sh file which is sourced when actually sourcing etc/setup_lxplus.sh and which seems to not include the needed packages/files.

A workaround to these failures is, in my case, to source /cvmfs/clicdp.cern.ch/software/corryvreckan/2.0.1/x86_64-centos7-gcc10-opt/setup.sh instead.
