Alignment: cluster position (-nan, -nan)
Found on run 28262 of April 2018 test beam data. Alignment
on DEBUG
logging level gives the following:

Happenes multiple times in the output, always in twos.
Possible link to failure after this has happened:

Cannot continue...
Sometimes there is a seg fault after this, sometimes corry
closes with no segfault. This may be unconnected to the nan position clusters or it may be linked.
