Unify Configuration Keys?

Since we are getting closer and closer to

  • the tutorial to be held at BTTB
  • version 1.0

I think it would be worth considering a unification and renaming of all configuration keys of all modules, e.g. inputDirectory -> input_directory etc.

Opinions?
