In-pixel efficiency bin size parameter and `EventLoaderTimepix3` hitmap

Added a 2D hitmap to the EventLoaderTimepix3 module.

Made the bin size of the in-pixel efficiency plot from AnalysisEfficiency configurable through parameter inpixel_bin_size. Also fixed typo in this module.

Both readme files have been updated accordingly.
