EventLoaderATLASpix timesorting

This merge request adds timesorting using a priority queue to the EventLoaderATLASpix.

The implementation in the EventLoaderEUDAQ2 and the ATLASpixEventConverter (see https://github.com/simonspa/eudaq/blob/caribou/user/caribou/module/src/ATLASPixEventConverter.cc) are combined.

  • Update Readme.
