Clean-up detector class

This MR aims to clean-up the detector class such that auxiliary detectors don't have the following properties anymore:

number_of_pixels, pixel_pitch, spatial_resolution, mask_file, region-of-interest (more precisely, they're not set so they are 0 by default)

In addition, histograms are not created for auxiliary detectors when they cannot be filled reasonably anyway, such as hitmap, pixelsOverTime etc.
