WIP: Mutliplet Tracking
Port of @tquast's work in !43 (closed) to the latest Corry version.
This currently does not compile as it requires access to private Track members.
The module cannot go in as it is now, but in https://gitlab.cern.ch/corryvreckan/corryvreckan/tree/tracking we have laid the basis for implementing different track models.
