Update CI

Simon Spannagel requested to merge update-ci into master

This MR updates the CI to

  • use LCG_99
  • be able to run on macOS 10.15 as well 11 (big sur)
  • also deploy mac to EOS and CVMFS
  • retire SLC6 and add new CC8 job with GCC
