Fixed ToT calculation for mudaq eventloader

  • Fixed ToT timestamp not being grey-decoded for most sensor types.
  • Fixed calculation error in overflow correction.
  • Renamed multiplier required for ToT calculation to reflect it's purpose.
  • Changed default of use_both_timestamps to false as not all sensors support this feature.
  • Added readme entry for ToT calculation and changed use_both_timestamps entry to reflect the change of the default.
