Dynamic Sizing for DUT ButtonGroup

My previous changes to the DUT ButtonGroup in the OnlineMonitor GUI to enable a scrollbar have left the section with a constant size, really not nice to look at (see picture). 1_plane_before

I have now implemented "dynamic" sizing for the DUT section for less than 3 planes. See the examples below.
