NSB effect on the single star reconstruction quality
Summary
Currently we know that NSB will affect the quality of star reconstruction. It is obvious that with larger NSB level the star prominence over the background is decreased and it's position reconstruction comes out less accurate. However this effect is neither properly quantified nor properly treated in the fit. As a first step we should quantify the NSB effect. Following that perhaps we can/should introduce it to the fit procedure through additional component of the point weights. However, the latter should come out naturally from the positional reconstruction precision.
