Distinguish errors for unretrievable files
Problem to solve
If a file is on a non ACTIVE tape or does not exist we have the same prepare error:
No tape files available for archive file with archive file ID XXX
.
We should be able to tell from the ERROR attribute if the file is in the cta catalogue on an unavailable tape or if it is not in CTA catalogue.
First case is OK: file is safe, second is fire all over the place.
We could easily put the tape states in the ERROR message for all the af files the file has on tapes: in practice this is 1 or 2 tapes...
This would really help understand FTS logs for failed retrieve requests on remote CTA sites.
