Support different tpsrv/drive setups in Kubernetes

Problem to solve

Right now when we spawn a K8s cluster we have a fixed setup with 2 tpsrvs and a 2 drives (although if I am not mistaken the second tpsrv is not used in the tests, not sure). There is no easy way to modify this. As we are going to move forward with #303 (closed) it would be convenient to have a way to easily setup a cluster with other configurations.
