Draft: "Move kdc configs, secret inejection to configmaps, secrets"

Summary

For now I have managed to move kdc default config that was injected to pods into configmap and pass it directly during pod creation. Still looking for secrets location that are injected into pods on lines 372-378 in create_instance.sh

Requires manual tests in pre-production
