src/PileUpEventLoopMgr.h, src/PileUpEventLoopMgr.cxx: add...

src/PileUpEventLoopMgr.h, src/PileUpEventLoopMgr.cxx: add AllowSerialAndMPToDiffer property (default True). When set to False, this will allow the code to reproduce serial output in an AthenaMP job, albeit with a significant performance penalty. ATLASSIM-1900. Tagging PileUpComps-00-12-12 (PileUpComps-00-12-12)
