add scan configs with correct frequencies for FW triggering, examples of controller files

follow-up on MR !13 (merged)

Added to YARR scan config files with correct frequency for FELIX (10 kHz to avoid error messages during scan for std_digital/analog/threshold/_hr/_hd/noise/tot scans with tot for v2 only ) and examples of controller files for dev0/dev1 FW triggering for loading sites. Potentially easier way to do this, comments very welcome :)
