'CMakeLists.txt' (CscClusterization-03-00-12)

	* Switched the build of the package to create a dual_use_library
	  instead of a component_library. As I had to find in the CMake
	  nightly that the ICscClusterFitter and ICscStripFitter classes
	  have some code in src/. Which leads to symbols not being found
	  at runtime in the CMake build. This is an issue for CMT as well,
	  it was just by blind luck that it didn't show up so far with
	  older versions of Gaudi.
